- Call or send your address. We set a time to measure, usually within a day or two.
- Get a written price within 24 hours of the visit. One total price. The only variable is rotted decking, at the per-sheet rate written in your contract.
- Pick your date. We put the install date in writing and order materials to arrive the day before.
- Install day. Tear-off, new roof, cleanup and magnet sweep. Most homes are done before dark.
- Closeout. Photos of the finished roof, your paid invoice, and the manufacturer warranty filed in your name.
